Vegetables for tangs???

Kale has ~2kj/gram, lower than many seaweeds but higher than many of the other greens mentioned here. Peas also have pretty good energy value, no experience using either but the numbers look decent. If you're trying to save money maybe go down to have seaweed and half kale/peas. Maybe someone with experience using them can chime in on the good/bad.

Looking to expand the Nori seaweed, any different veggies besides the ones mentioned?
