Vitamin C dosing for zoanthids (I am clueless)

I haven't started dosing yet but will be soon because of all the positive factors it's a 45 gallon with all LPS and zoas

Been dosing for about a month now.
Here are a couple of pics of a multi rock I picked up
I have been dosing 1/4 teaspoon in a RSM130D
I'm pleased

I spent an hour reading through all the posts tonight on the subject of VC dosing. It seems intriguing to me but Im confused on how much i should start dosing and what dosage i should build up to for a 24gal tank. I have a colony of zoas and some mushrooms. I also want to make sure that the VC won't be harmful to my peppermint shrimp, skunk cleaner shrimp, or my emerald crab.

thanks in advance for your input!

Wow those are some nice zoas do you ha e any become VC pics?
Sorry picked up the rock a couple of days before the June 29th pic and have been dosing since.
You can really see the growth on the orange guys on the bottom right

I have both a blood shrimp, a cleaner shrimp as well as half a dozen sexy shrimp.
No problems with them whatsoever

I would start with 1/4 tsp for 5-7 days. After that, it really depends on why you are dosing.

I'm actually dosing because I have a horrible nitrate issue that I can't resolve no matter what I do and mostly because 75% of my tank is zoas and I want to see if they're really is a benefit to dosing:)

It's not going to remove nitrates...Z/P growth it will definitely help with!
