Going on 5 months the tank has been up and running have had issues with low nitrates and dinos but over the last month I’ve raised my nitrates and dinos have all but disappeared we have added corals and several fish the corals are starting to grow and show good overall improvement

I’m looking at purchasing the 220.6. Could you post a pic of the inside of the stand? Also could you post dimensions of the first area in the stand? I want to know if its large enough to install a controller board

Tank comes with those “boards” already mounted to the side panels so we used that to just mount our equipment. We’ve since cleaned things up a bit more and added the rest

No. Not worried about salt creep one bit. The setup is super clean and worry free. We’re extremely impressed and loving it.

@Mechanic907 how do you like the Orphek? Do you think there is enough light for an sps dominant tank? I just bought the 220.6 and trying to decide on lights.

How is the Cor-20 working? I was worried that it would be under powered for the size.

I have the same tank and actually run a cor 15 purposely. I don’t like high flow through the sump and it works great. Only running at 20%. So I’m assuming the 20 is working great but I’ll let him respond!

It is working great I’m only running it at 48-52% there is more than enough flow I’m also running my uv sterilizer off of my return manifold and there is still plenty more flow left in the pump I do like being able to see the pumps parameters in my apex as well, I did have an issue early on with the pump having a mind of its own and suddenly ramping to 100% which is a rediculous amount of flow but after a software update on the apex I haven’t had that issue again

I am very happy with the orphek lights mine are 16” above waterline and I have good par numbers all throughout the tank I don’t have any sps yet and I am running the coral color plus growth program
