Waterbox Frag 105.4 LPS Tank

Do you have the measurements of the pull out equipment rack face? Trying to get an idea of the space I have to work with before my tank gets here.

It's 12 1/4". That leaves about 1/8" next to the center wall and enough room to clear the door hinges. When I originally installed it I didn't take into consideration the hinges and had to trim a little off.

Thank you! That’s exactly what I was wondering. The hinges were my biggest question. How is the tank coming along?

The wood itself is 24 1/2". The top of it is 26 1/4" from the bottom of the inside of the stand.

Tank is coming along slowly. I'm trying to have patience and not rush anything. I've got 4 yellow tail Chomis that I'm moving from QT to the tank today along with a few more corals.

The lid FINALLY arrived...it's like Christmas in July! I can finally take good pics of the tank with the new lid on it!!! I had been using a full sheet of the clear netting with all the sides weighted down.

Slowly coming along. Added a few more corals this week. Got some blasto's, a duncan head and some chalices.

Thanks. It's an Artfully Acrylic lid.

Got everything mounted and discovered not all of the cords were long enough to reach the front with it pulled out all the way. Got my DOS's mounted. Still need to install the cabinet lighting and get my UV set up. Now just waiting for nutrients to increase a little more before I start moving some corals in.

I was going to do the same thing and also realized the cords wouldn’t pull out that far. Now I gotta figure out another way to mount everything

Update time...seems the best times are right after I've vacuumed the sand and it's looking nice and clean. This time I used a yellow filter lens on my phone. Still have some frags on the sand. I'm going to be putting some of them on 2" frag disks and of course getting some more. Then I'll have to figure out where they all go.

Oh the fun of deciding on coral locations. Looks like most you have on the sand bed are encrusting. You leather looks great as well!

I'm hoping once I get them on the frag disks I'll get some good growth from them and we'll see how they turn out.

I got the leather about a year ago as a frag that was about 3" across. It's a frag from a leather I'd sold about 3 years earlier because it had gotten too big for the tank I had at the time. I didn't have the heart to cut it up.

I had a rainbow Acan colony about softball size that I couldn’t get myself to cut up and sold whole. Buyer fragged it a few months after he got it. haha. Now I know of 4 local tanks to me that have a part of it still after 6yrs. I wonder if I could convince one of them to make a frag for me. ;Pompus
