Wavemaker suggestions for nuvo 30l

Two is good... i had two on my jbj28... and I had dual 1/2” rfgs running on that tank as well... major flow... It will take some tweaking to get the right positions for those wavemakers, but slw20s and slw30s is all i run on my tank

It's the 30l so a 3 foot long tank. Just saw theres a slw-20m model that has an app apparantly. Hmmmm maybe I will consider jebao..do you think the app or non app version is best? Anyone have their wifi version? I would swing for mp10s since a lot of people use them on this tank but they're more expensive than the neros and havent been able to find any used ones

Honestly dont need the wifi options, The controller does just fine. Like we all said, Its your choice, you get what you pay for. MP and Nero are better no doubt but at what cost to you? If you have expendable income, go big because why not. Not to mention you can resell MP's and Nero's on here in less than minutes if still in good shape

They are identical as well lol Total rip off, but hey, China knows how to keep the cost down

I had 2 Nero 5s on my Nuvo 30l. Tank was bare bottom so I could crank the flow. Worked well. I have MP 40s on my new build. I think it looks a bit better with no cords in the tank. You will be happy with the Nero or Mp10. There are cheaper options as well.

ok, so its looking more and more like i will get 2 of the slw-20s. Just not sure where from? I'm worried it will take forever to have them shipped from China on ebay, and none of the suppliers here in Canada seem to have them from what i've found online

Does anyone know if any suppliers in Canada or the US offer them, or do they pretty much just have to be ordered from China. WIll the voltage and plugs be the same as the north american ones?

Ebay and amazon... 1-2 weeks shipping... just had another slw30 delivered today... stocking up on them

Here is the only difference. Amazon its already in the US so it will be a week or so. Its more expensive this way. Ebay definitely took me 2-3 weeks because It literally comes from China. If can wait, go ebay. If not go amazon

30 is overkill really. Get either 2 20's or even a 20 and one 10. The 10 on my 15gal pushes crazy waves. Better to have two med-small than one big just to keep waves varied and different

Depends on the retailer yes. ebay will tell you expected shipping and its accurate when they say 3-4 weeks. I assume amazon is accurate with theirs as well.
