Weird brown stuff

When I turn off my power heads, this stuff forms in the water column and on the rocks. It blows away when the pumps come back on and quickly disappears. It's like a cloud of stuff. Very weird.

Not sure. I will check in AM. I don't go down and check it. And my MH runs when I'm at work. Just accent lights on after that
