Nice pick up from Than. Did you get to go to tidal gardens?
What are your water parameters? Lighting? Dosing? Flow? Basic tank history.

Yes I made a trip up there when I was in the area
Lighting is a hydro galaxy 165w 50% blues 20% white
Dosing brs 2 part 8 ml everyday
Flow is a mp10 on 60% reef crest
Prams
Alk 11
Calc 430
Mag 1320
Phosphate .4
Tank is a established 3 year old tank I bought up and running 4 months ago tank was already cycled and had a rock flower anemone and some gsp which are still doing well
I have a long nose hawkfish and a orange spotted goby
I feed a half cube of mysis every other day and use the kz Nano pack and zoo plankton

I don’t have a skimmer on the tank but I have a Santa Monica algae scrubber.6 and I harvest the algae out of it, I also have been running some gfo in a media bag for the past 2 weeks

I wouldn't dip him yet. Parameters look good except Alk is on the high end. Not sure if that would be the problem. It could just be getting ready to poop. I would leave it alone for a day or two and see how it does. Do you have any crabs in the tank, and if so, have you tried to see if they pick at it? How close is it to the other corals I see. They might be stinging it.

I do have some hermits and snails and he’s been looking like that all day my mom said he’s very retracted

Sometimes torches can be difficult. Looks like a lot of the polyps are gone. I wouldn't change anything in the tank if other corals looks good. I'd keep it lower flow if you can.

Every torch i've kept in my tank has withered away in 3 weeks time... literally every torch. I've had about 4 now... All other corals (Zoa's, SPS, softies, LPS like frogspawns, hammers, Anemones, etc...) all are thriving and growing with great coloration. Some of my SPS are doubling in size in 1 months time and are not stopping...

Established system almost 2 years old now.. no crash either so everything has been great since day 1. I have given up on trying to keep torches lol - at this point, it's just a waste of $ for me. I cannot get them to live... and have given up trying to find the problem :/

The crab is eating the dead tissue. Sorry to say it, but that head is toast. Let's hope that the other heads makes it.

The rest of my coral is still looking good including my acros and sps my bonsi acro is growing like wildfire

I would definetly give it an iodine bath, it's not gonna hurt at this point and maybe the other head pulls through but it looks to be suffering the same fate. Maybe it's got flat worms eating it.

I’m going to go with something eating it like a parasite because my prams are good and corals look good

What other corals do you have and are they well? I wouldn't touch the torch, leave it. Mine was like that and it bounced back in a week..
