I decided to go with the BRS Dosing pumps after much internal debate...

I haven't decided on what containers I would use for the 2-part...
Are commercial containers worth the expense?
Do folks have any advice on DIY containers?
Any unique ideas in terms of container shapes or extra features like level sensors or magnetic stirrers?

You can literally drill a hole in the large brs containers, themselves; and attach a stiff tube down to bottom. Then it is simple as connecting the top! Make sure to drill a tiny hole for air pressure.
That's exactly what I do. I mix 4-5 gallons at a time, then screw the tops back on. When they run low I simply change out the container.

I use plastic Jerry Cans...

I use 1gal water jugs from Walmart. I don't mean the typical 1gal jugs distilled water comes in. They have these blue jugs that are a more narrow shape.

I have a nano tank so I don't dose much, I used empty VOSS water bottles, drilled a hole right through the cap. Works great and looks great too.

I dose directly from the AF components containers now. Before AF I would use those large clear plastic juice containers to dose from.

+1 to all the above. I have bought commercial dosing containers, and unless they have some function to let me know when the container is low, it's hard to justify cost when there are so many cheap options with any kind of container you can think of.
