What are you feeding your SPS?

Im looking to purchase some SPS food and am wondering what is the best stuff out there.My tank has mostly SPS and a couple of chalice.

For me it kind of depends. I feed a whole slew of stuff! For my sps coral that have longer polyps like millies and stuff that really has good food capture abilities I feed larger stuff like cyclops. For the stuff that doesn't have huge polyps or great extending polyps I feed coral freny and brightwells reefsnow. I have seen awsome feeding response with reefsnow! Corals love it! I also use aminos from brightwell too. I just recommend going and getting some and just try it out see what works for your situation. I don't think you can go wrong with reefsnow it seems all the corals like it.

I never feed my corals intentionally but I'm sure they are getting plenty of fish poops.

Although I dont feed them directly, I do dose Aminos and they say they feed off the "mulm" that my biopellets give off.

Fish poo.. every other night they get Roti feast, oyster feast or cyclop-ezze.. I switch it from night to night..

A few times a week I stir up the return section of my sump and feed the fish poop back into the system. Sun coral loves it when I do this. I also use a mixture of Coral Frenzy, cyclopeze and Liquid Life Marine Plankton a couple times a week.

I agree with a lot of what was already mentioned. I use Oyster Feast, Roti feast, Cyclopeeze, Tropic Marin Pro Coral Zooton....and fish poop.

Fish poop has worked well for me. I feed my fish only these items:
-Spectrum brand pellets
-Formula One flakes

I haven't fed frozen food in years and I don't dose any Phytoplankton or other "coral foods". I was dosing AA for a while but have since cut back on it. My suggestion to those who are worried about corals receiving proper nutrition is to add more fish or simply feed the current fish more.
