What are you feeding your SPS?

Fish poop has worked well for me. I feed my fish only these items:
-Spectrum brand pellets
-Formula One flakes

I haven't fed frozen food in years and I don't dose any Phytoplankton or other "coral foods". I was dosing AA for a while but have since cut back on it. My suggestion to those who are worried about corals receiving proper nutrition is to add more fish or simply feed the current fish more.
My tank is really not focused on fish its a 24x24x20 50g cube with only 3 damsels and I am feeding them frozen brine shrimp.I only feed about 1/4 of a cube everyday should I just up it a little more?I think I might try the Oyster Feast I have read a lot of good reviews on it.Also should I go with a different fish food?

Specific to the SPS corals and chalices I feed Oysterfeast 2-3x's per week. The rest of the time they get light, poop, and whatever else they may capture and ingest.

I have read a lot of articles on SPS capture and ingesting of food and a feeding response does not always equal ingesting of the food source. That always made me think of how sad that must be for the corals. They get all excited, respond, then don't really get anything because it is not the "right stuff". I think a lot of the food suggestions in this thread are good ones :D

Oyster eggs twice a month but I rely more on fish poop.. I feed twice a day..

anyone have pics of the coral that is fed mostly fish poo and light to see the colors compared to ones who feed there sps food .

More fish poo than I care to admit
