What are the ATI recommended levels?

Based on ATI’s program they recommend
Alk. 7-8 dkh
Calcium. 450
Magnesium. 1400

Tried once lowering phosphates, and tank just did not like it. I no longer chase numbers , but I do keep an eye on my phos/nitrate so that they are in balance with each other and obviously don’t get too excessive.
