This annoys me to no end, especially because it is so common.It's in my sig over on RC - pet peeve: anemones host clowns; clowns do not host anemones.
People who consistently say "anenome" or any variation of anemone.
Fish stores treating with subtherapeutic copper. I understand why they do it from a business perspective but it drives me crazy.
The highly imaginative names for certain corals that have little to do with how they look. The fact that many zoas have multiple names when they are either the same or slight variations.
Companies with ridiculous claims on their products (e.g. garlic as therapeutic , "immune boosters", reef safe ich treatments which aren't back by any research)

. First rule of second hand gear is that 'sellers expect more for their used gear then they'd be willing to pay for yours'. The second rule is, figure out what percentage of the useful life remains and offer accordingly.
