What did you do to your reef today?

Nothing too special for mine. I topped off the tank and fed the fish. How about you guys?

I'm just trying to keep my hands out of the tank. Impossible mission seems I'm always taking a dip in.

I moved the gyres to the back again and put the MP-10 back in. Some stuff wasn’t getting enough flow. Then I reprogrammed my light schedule and mucked around in the tank.

I packed up some things not being used in preparation for an upcoming move, fed the fish and nps, and installed a new heater. I still need to refill my ato tonight too.

Fed my fish in QT as they head into their last week before addition to the display tank, and currently mixing change water.

Later I plan to sit and enjoy the view. Possibly with a Gin and Tonic

Well, I fed the fish, turned on lights, etc. And just watched them swim around. Also, discovered what may be my first aptasia anemone. ;Yuck it is WAY too tiny for my iPhone camera to be able to pick it up. Gonna watch it till its bigger, then maybe remove the rock, poke the nem to make it retract into the hole, then put superglue on top of it

also observed my mushroom corals tearing themselves up to make mini - mushrooms

Bought 1/2 of Lowe’s plumbing isle and started cleaning my overflows for the sump redo Saturday.

Today I added a Longnose Hawkfish and was so excited to see how well he assimilated in with the rest of my fiddies. Also started feeding General Cure and Focus mixed into Masstick after seeing stringy poo from a Coral Beauty, and started adding BRS Kalk to A TO. First time I've used the BRS stuff, there really is a big difference .

I watches the tank and observed all in the tank.
I made adjustment to a couple of ZOA colonies Wednesday. Now all are open and happy
