Just seeing you're in NC... We scanned, captured (approx 2.5million sf) & provided CAD as-built drawings for the entire CLT Airport out there in Charlotte back in 2021.

When you buy, buy quality. If your tank looks good - avoid over-testing (I know thats heresy - but I rarely tested unless I sensed a problem). Avoid most supplements/foods/etc. I never use any coral food (but they always would eat 'small bits' of the food I did feed (This is heresy also). Lastly - don't buy a tank system you can't afford in the long run. @brandon429 has a tank in a jar. The costs rapidly rise when you're filling a 200 gallon tank as compared to a 20 gallon (or 2 gallon).

One thing I would say not to do - (even though I'm currently selling some used equipment) - don't buy used (a used tank is the main issue here).

Also - ask your LFS for a deal if you buy xxx things - corals, fish, etc.

While still in high school trying to decide my future gynaecologist was one one my first choices .
Pathologist was second .
Psychiatrist was the last resort .
And if I had to I would start in a factory .

Fast forward to present . None of that happened

I operate skilled nursing facilities and own a start up company that sells military K9s to the public. The protection dog company doesn’t feel like much of a job though as I love working with animals. I mean training dogs to detect bombs, narcotics, attack on command, jump out of planes, and be completely socialized with people with full off leash obedience is beyond amazing. It’s quite fulfilling to provide K9s for people and schools and grant them that sense of safety and and love.

Have you ever worked with an extremely stubborn dog that is obedient one day and complete meat head the next ?
