What do you think the most difficult thing about this hobby?

For me its balancing Alk. Doesn't matter how many times I test and how random I test... trying to keep a constant level of Alk the most painstaking thing for me.

keeping a consistent schedule and routine. The past few months I haven’t maintained a consistent wc schedule. And I’ve lost all my sps. But time to bounce back! Chemistry in my tank used to be tough but earlier this year it came pretty easy.

Too many variables that exhibit impact on the unknown equations that explain how to keep an ocean animal alive in captivity, much less a mixed reef with animals from many different oceans tossed in.
