Hi all,
Me again asking for critter ID help
When dipping my frag rock I noticed 3 unusual things.
first is a star, looks like a bristle or a serpent.
the second is on the bottom of the rock that I have no idea about.
third is in the rock. Has legs and moves quick. I will see if I can get a picture of it but have nothing yet.
let me know what you think
Thanks.

first is a micro brittle starfish, for the second one I would leave it in some water for an hour or two and then take a picture of it in the water. Second picture is a bit blurry and with it being in the water it may open up a bit and be more recognizable

Good star that eats detritus and uneaten foods and while most hitchhikers not welcomed in my tanks- these are

Brittle Star as mentioned... is that second one a Pocillipora????

If its pocillipora then i feel bad for you!
I have one and has barely moved or grown all over over the last year

I have a neon green one that has literally spread to every corner of my tank…i would like to know what dictates them spreading or not!

Water flow mainly as they will drop a branch or two and a new colony is born

It’s on the bottom of the rock so I feel surprised if it’s managed to grow without light!
Would you try picking it off as it’s not in my tank, currently it’s isolated.

Here is the 3rd critter. Sorry for the shaky video

Third critter looks like a fuzzy chiton, it is an algae eater. Google search it. The second one looks like a sponge or tunicate.

Still looks like this to me https://www.reefcleaners.org/aquarium-store/tank-cleaners/fuzzy-chiton-detail . Chitons do move, but they stick to rock so close they can look like rockwork. Unless you are referring to the black tentacle thing in the photo top left, that looks to be a pest type anemone.
Thanks, are these chitons fast moving?
I went to poke it and it moved back in quickly.
It also looks like it has eyes and and some sort of mouth, the black tentacle thing is another problem I guess then.

I feel like I might be better off trying to remove the Kenya tree and mushrooms on the rock and throwing the problem rock away

They fold up like a roly poly (pill bug) fairly quick

Tbh I see three critters in that photo, not sure if that looks to be a mantis antennae or maybe bobbit worm. Try placing a small piece of food near the opening, it might venture out to grab it. Something like a piece of raw shrimp should work well

Ok so with time I think we have 2 critters in the rock.
1. anemone - hopefully not harmful
2. A crab - see pictures below.
can anyone identify these further?

there is also another image of the thing on the bottom to maybe help identify that further.
