What i should do?

Yes. Funny enough, when it was the two separate A and B bottles, it was called reef energy. Then for some reason when it become just one bottle "reef energy ab+, everyone stopped calling it reef energy and switched to calling it ab+ lol

My nitrate is 0.1 my phosphate is 0. Alk is 7.7. Im testing with hanna checkers. My tank is over a month old. 2 clowns, 1 blenny. And 1 royal gamma. I have my nyos skimmer 120 running. My system is 53 gallons with the sump 37 gallon display. I feed my fish once a day frozen food a lot of it. And i truly cant get my nutrients up someone help me. My candy cane does not look good. I have a hammer, duncan, mushroom, and scoly, and a frogspawn. How do i dose here? Do i turn my skimmer off for a month? Do i keep it running and dose and if so what do i do?
New dead sand can adsorb a heck of a lot of phosphate, if that’s what you’ve got

That would help? How that would help? Sorry im new just asking
Sigh... Because your not actively skimming organics out the tank (thus n&p). No cup, anything that's skimming will just flow back into your sump. Leaving the skimmer on without a cup also helps with oxygenation.

You can just dose nitrate and/or phosphate, cut back on water changes or do as I said above. Many ways to skim a cat, just find a way that works for you.
