What is going on with Liveaquaria?

Has anyone else had any issues getting in contact with Liveaquaria? I ordered some stuff from them 2 weeks ago, and everything was delivered, but I had some DOAs, and I submitted a claim via there site. I haven't received any emails from them about the claims, and I have been calling for the past week and no one answers. I sit on hold (all representatives are busy) for 15 minutes and after 15 minutes it transfers me to leave a message for a call back. Did they go out of business?

I don't have anything productive to add here because I've never ordered from them. As a big Ghostbusters fan I just had to let you know that I dig the username
