What is happening with my frogspawn corals? Help

Im a little confused. My light has settings of intensity and color. 0-100 for intensity and 0-100 for color (0 is most blue). Im currently set at 65 intensity and 15 blue.
Keep your 15, but TURN DOWN 65 to 20 your cooking them, and they wont grow at all under bright light. Your lights are very strong and your tank shallow. I turned my lights down 8% blue and 1 % white and my growth is now simply amazing. People have no clue how bright 3w led chips are, and how much damage they can do if turned up to high.

This was 6 months ago with intensity set at 70% mind you I filled this tank in the past with MH and VHO

intensity at 10% blue and 1% white. This would be like turning your light down to 11% intensity

20 percent is REALLY dim but ill try turning it down a bit i think
You want the dim light, my tank is 210G and I turned them down until it was very dim in comparison. That is when they started growing.

Okay, I am curious if you have ever measured the PAR in the tank with the current settings that you use?

My frogspawn under too much light (around 250 par) and flow and the tank generally neglected a few years ago when I wasn't into it. Never stopped growing because they are IMO the hardiest euphyllia, but you can see in my case the skeleton going from wide to thin because of me changing things in the wrong direction (lights and flow going up). Yours is nowhere near this bad.

Same coral now fragged up, under 75-100 par and gentle flow ( and no longer neglected!)

You make the right changes and your frogspawn will rebound beautifully.

Too much flow and/or too much light. Move it to somewhere less intense in both regards and see what happens.
I put a new lense in my light and it was enough to make my hammers all do that. I completely agree. Give it a try.

Par does not grow coral, so no need to measure. Most corals not SPS are found deep in water with little par. Forget par. Turn lights down and watch it grow

Off to get some work done. Stay safe everyone!
Edit: I'm sorry this was for another thread :)
Lots of great advise here, I now have to go move a few of mine around :)
Good Luck @wsqreef
