What is the fastest growing Acropora?

Hi guys,

I'm just curious, I have a green slimer in my new tank (see build thread) and its a really fast grower already...

In my experience I haven't seen anything else that can match this kind of speed, but it would sure be nice to stock other Acros with ridiculous growth rates.

So in your epxerience, what are the fastest growers out there?

I was really surprised at how fast my red planet is growing. I think it's even faster than my slimer.

I have some sort of blue stag that grows like a weed but I'd say my green slimmer is my top grower in mine.

Completely forgot about my PC rainbow. That’s a fast grower too.. very resilient to changes as well.

It depends on water parameters, lighting and water flow as well. If someone that had less than optimal water conditions while trying to grow Green Slimer and the next person had ideal water conditions while growing say, an Oregon Tort, I bet the reefer with the Tort might experience better growth.

My Boom's Blueberry stag is my fastest grower, 24/7 polyp extension. It's on a frag rack with Green Slimer, Red Planet, PC Rainbow, High Lighter Stag, Garf Bonsai, and a milli.

Red Planet grows fastest for me, but my WD and Homewrecker, are right up there with it.
