As far as looks or usefulness?

For looks, its pretty much impossible IMHO to choose. There are so many gorgeous Wrasses, but two of my favorites are the Lineatus Fairy Wrasse (Cirrhilabrus lineatus) when a Terminal Male, or the female Femininus Wrasse (Anampses Femininus)

Usefulness, umm the Yellow Coris Wrasses are pretty awesome, I loved mine.

That's the best list for the top fairys, IMO. I've been trying to track down a pintail for a while now. Someday I hope.

Also Minilabrus striatus from the red sea and Halichoeres burekae from the gulf of mexico
