What is this is it bad?

If you haven’t dipped it yet, I would do so. Seachem reef dip or reviveX or red sea DipX are dips I have used before and trust. Also, for the thing growing inside the branch of the last pic it could be a new polyp growing or a vermetid snail. It’s hard to ID from the picture and its current size. If you see slime strings coming from the opening from time to time it’s likely a vermetid snail. If it’s a vermetid snail take a pushpin or similar and dab some glue on and into the opening of its hole. It will have a lid that covers the hole, you can puncture this with your pushpin to get more glue into the snail tube. Problem solved! Hope that helps!
