They will multiply and it can be quick. Syringe with vinegar or lemon juice can be used too. I like Peppermint Shrimp though.

I've heard that the peppermint shrimp can be hit or miss. Fortunately my shrimp didn't waste any time getting rid of the aiptasia. Make sure that it's actually a peppermint shrimp. Ive heard that some LFSs label shrimp as peppermint when they are not.

Its not as easy as that. Some are hit or miss. You can also try a file fish.

But Aiptasia X works great. One little blob in the Aiptasia's mouth and good bye.

I have 2 lazy peppermint shrimp in my tank... had them 2 weeks and havent touch anything, going to buy another 3and hope for the best.
