Did you see the video? That’s the best I can do, I sat there for a good hour lol. It’s really small and it looks like it may have some sort of small tenticals. Here’s a size pic.

glass is popular location as is sand bed and they do blow away easily

Unless you've recently had a coral or anemone spawning event, I'd guess hydroids too, but a closer up pic would help to confirm.

Just wanted to point out that it's true many species of jellyfish (true jellyfish being from the taxonomic class Scyphozoa) are/could be confused for hydroids while in their polyp stage, but Cladonema spp. (like the ones pictured here and in vetteguy53081's post above mine) are actually hydroids (class Hydrozoa).

Yeah, it looks like some kind of hydroid medusa to me - I'm not sure what kind though. Some similar ones you can compare with:
