Please follow Jay's advice to immediately get the copper power to 2.50 ppm. A 20 gallon tank actually only holds about 17 gallons of water. Hence the need to have an accurate test kit to check levels as you add copper.
Wailting longer, particularly when in advanced stage, is not good.
In my "20" (17) gallon I start with 26 ml of Copper Power then test then if needed ad an additional 2 - 3 ml.
