I'm not good with nem ID, but I'd guess either an Actinostella sp., Anthopleura sp., or Diadumene sp.

New development, it has moved off the rock and buried most of it body in the sand, all you can see is his tentacles sticking out

Do you think it may be Actinostella flosculifera, or an Anthopleura sp. such as A. dalyae, A. krebsi, A. pallida, A. texaensis, or A. varioarmata?
