What RO/DI unit are you currently using in 2019?

I use the basic cheapest BRS RO only unit. Goes from 150 TDS to 1 TDS in about five minutes and then 0 TDS after about 15 minutes

I’ve been hauling water from a not so local fish store (45 mins away) for the last 6 months. I’m so over it, I bought the BRS 6 stage deluxe plus and installed that to find it was leaking. I’m getting new parts in the mail tomorrow so from now on I’ll be making my own

Started with lfs water but after getting high tds water a few times it wasn't worth the risk. Plus being able to make my own is so much more convenient.

I started with a basic 90GPD Spectrapure 4 stage and have since upgraded with a second membrane (Replacing my other one as well with two Spectrapure 99% Rejection membranes) and 2 more DI Stages (Running 3 Stage DI total) to make a 180GPD 6 Stage monstrosity that I absolutely love. Takes my current 210 TDS to 0-1 after both membranes and 0 after the DI.

Oh yeah.. that's a big saving. I refilled the DI twice and still have left.

Hi, I went with the 5 stage Spectra Pure, 90 GPD unit with 2 extra Chloramine filters added, so now I have a 7 stage RO/DI unit, for my ATO water changes, and use only NSW for all my water changes. Just finished a 300 gallon NSW change a few hours ago, will get back to my regular 150 gallon NSW every two weeks from now on.

I've had my Vertex Puratek Deluxe RODI system now for about 4 or 5 years. It is EASILY one of the top 3 pieces of equipment I have ever bought for my reef. I fully recommend this one!

Aquatic life 4 stage 100GPD with the 3 stage BRS DI saver added on. Removed the crappy membrane with only 60% rejection and went with a Dow Filmtec.

I use tap. corals do 100% better without RO/DI in my area. using well water

@LukeWolf What is the TDS coming out of your well? Mine is very low but I have yet to send it in for ICP analysis just to find out exactly whats in it. Right now I am running through a RO/DI but have thought about skipping the RO and going just through DI.

I use a BRS 6 stage. I like having 2 DI stages. That way, I can deplete one, take it out, move the #2 one to slot #1, repack the depleted canister and place in slot#2.

Generally water out of the tap. I'm on a deep water well. tests 0 nitrates, and 0 phosphates. obviously no added chemicals.
when i make up new salt for water change, i am still using my old industrial RO unit. no DI. Water leaves it at about 3PPM TDS. good enough for me.
