What Sounds Do You Enjoy From Your Aquarium?

Know that our aquariums are visual delights of color, shapes, and textures but what sounds do you enjoy from your aquariums?

For me, I LOVE the Hum of the pumps, the Whispering of the fans on the lights, and the Fizzing of CO2 into the Calcium Reactor!

I find these sounds:

Hypnotizing
Mesmerizing
Calming
Symphonizing
Sweet Music for the Ears

Your fish dont sing Under the Sea to you?

The angels grunt at each other. Pretty sure they are swearing in angelfish talk.

The little shrimp going wack that sounds like a marble hitting the glass.

Ive always loved the trikle sound of water. Dont really care for any of the pump or electronic noises. My skimmer lid vibrates sometimes so i have to tape it down, that drives me nuts lol

My only tank so far has been a FO with a HOB and air pump. The very slight trickle of water from the HOB and the hum of the air pump have been very soothing when sleep was hard

I really love the sound of the water! My powerheads create tons of surface agitation and when they sync up just right will cause a like wave crashing sound that I love!

The random grinding noise from a Trochus snail trying to eat algae off one of my RP-M wave makers. Time to put my hands in the tank and get bit by Cujo and Jaws the dysfunctional Mocha Clowns.

The only sound I enjoy is a very light water sound from the over flow or turbulent surface. I want it to sound like a small fountain. Everything else I want silent

I used to like that until he killed my 3 talbot damsels then I was glad my wrasse decided to make a snack of him

Excellent Point!!? Interesting that our aquarium sounds let us know when everything is running well or if there are problems!
