A wood burner is our main source of heat. I like to keep it 68 - 70 in the winter. Central air crappped out so we use window units now and I try to keep it around 74 max and prefer about 72 lower being better but the electric bill is already too high. Windows are open as much as possible. I like to sleep next to a cracked window to feel the cool breeze in the winter.
Sound like my kind oh Gal. It can be 95 degrees and my Gal will say "aren't you going to sit outside with me?" I'm like ah no I have tank maintenance to do. She deals with the cool bedroom with extra blankets as we have a dedicated unit in there also.We have a separate unit for our bedroom and Tonya keeps it at 65 every night! It's the North Pole in the mornings! Some people like to splurge on various things, we splurge on Arctic air.
