Man, I am glad you are better. As stated before, NEVER just touch something in a reef. These creatures on reefs are designed for survival and they are good at it.
I had to laugh as my reaction when I scanned the pics too. I cried out and my daughter was like - what? I showed her the pic and she said he should not hold that.
I have had those darn bristles in my fingers too many times to count. Never fun. I use my gloves now working with any rock.
