What to do-

We will aee how scopas and blue tang react

i dont see blue eye bristletooth often aroubd my area-then again havent sought it out but really liked his coloration for a smaller tang
Here’s some colour patterns I’ve seen mine go through.
The first one is his every day colours, the second is when I used a mirror to try get the wrasses to flash but instead kept getting him to flash and the third is an unknown cause.

So far so good-the tangs are actually swimming by each other and all is well for now

yes i dont quarantine-another debate and smashing to be had…

Its crazy how the bristletooth seemed decent size but yet how much smaller it looks-gues i take for granted how larger the other tangs are but my blue tang is about 10yr old and scopas probably 5 yr old….

and how much darker the bristletooth is bodywise compared to scopas

It might be fine-

bristeltooth seems to be getting along with other tangs-couple fin nips but noticed even my scopas had a mark on his fin.

Seems like all have settled down but all fish have all been more active last couple days

even the coral beauty who is like never out has been staying out actively swimming

180g up to 9 fish

going from 7 to 9 give some added movement in tank-thinking 1 more wrasse and stop @ 10….dont wanna overstock tank

Scopas are very aggressive, not saying a 180 is small, but will be hard to add any tangs of the Zebrasoma/Sailfin tangs without the Scopas bullying it. Tomini should be good as it's appearance is different enough that it shouldn't create aggression. Foxface are great algae eaters and peaceful fish, they make a great addition to a larger reef. All mine does all day is eat off my rocks.
Love my tomini - he has bullied new additions recently though (melanurus wrasse in particular). Had to tape mirrors to the sides of the tank, lol. He is almost full grown though and I hadn't added any fish in a very long time... generally he's a model citizen and pretty shy (still hides from ME anyway).

I second the foxface.

Having 20 tangs, most squabbling if any is after feeding and as lights ramp down. I have no fish with torn fins or body damamge which is all I ask for
