What type of anemone do I have?

Looks like a upset LTA (long tentacle anemone)

Looks like a RFA(rock flower anemone) to me.

Rather small, likes the sand, and has curly tentacles.

A better picture would help though.

No tentacles around mouth, not LTA. Tentacles look too long and stringy for RFA.

Someone on Facebook was selling all of hers... I thought why not give it a try. I'll show you the picture of it when it was in her tank.... it looks like a whole different anemone and I'm concerned.

Looks like a BTA in that last shot. Actually looks a lil healthier in your tank, it's getting its zoox back. Might want more light but hopefully it'll move to where it wants to be on its own.

That anemone is white so that means it is bleaching... In your tank if it is a black widow BTA or any other BTA that has a dark colouration it means yours looks awesome and is healthy but if it wasn't a dark one it might be trying to get more zooxanthellae but I think it looks fine, if your rock scape is higher and your rock has crevices for its foot than yours its probably healthy because it isn't moving, if not, keep an eye on it, do you feed it? It looks fine and BTAs are pretty resilient...

Thanks! I have 2 black snowflake clowns and 2 regular ones in that 75 gallon. I have a 55 gallon tank hooked up to the 75. I moved my clownfish into the same tank to move rocks around and all 4 seem to like each other so I got tired of trying to catch them. She said she only fed the anemone once every 2 weeks and I've been feeding him every 2 to 3 days fresh shrimp and scallops. I'm glad he looks better.

Yes I have been feeding him shrimp and scallops ever 2 to 3 days. I've had him for about a week he moved around the first 2 days and then hasn't moved from that spot. The lady I got him from said she fed him once every other week. Which from some of the research I've done I though that was odd.

Nice anemone . Anyway, I think he is fine and 2-3 days is a good schedule, also what kind of clowns are snowflakes (I mean species like Percula or Ocellaris etc.)? I love clownfish.
