Okay so I got this from a buddy but I’ve never seen a frogspawn this opened before. It is happy from what I can tell and readily accepts food. Does it just need to grow more before it looks a little more like a frogspawn

How would you suggest that? It’s been in high-low flow and this is the most it’s opened. Currently in medium flow reflected off on back corner glass.

medium flow is prob best, frogs will extend to almost translucent ,like tree branches, what i see is pretty tight, maybe too well fed?

how often do you feed?

i agree frogs,hammers,torches,filter feed,bubbles,brains,different story,all need the alk&cal though

i'm with you on the bare bottom reef

sweet

i'm with you on the bare bottom, less mess,no build ups!!
Thanks. Tank is a 120 only 7 months old. Just pulled out about 40 asterinas. They love my coralline on the tanks bottom i.e. the white spots.

looking great for 7 mo old,yep just keep pulling em ,keep them under control, kinda scary though with the acro, never seen damage to sticks, have seen damage to plating montis, ever becomes a prob throw in a harliquin shrimp will wipe them in no time ,but when gone it dies ,only eats starfish

High flow, oh no. Low flow especially new to the tank
