I think it was the halides. All my LPS seems to like the LEDs more.

Nice of your buddy to shove you straight into the deep endgarf bonsai was one of three out of the first corals I was given by a buddy. I also received a seasons greetings monti and a Tyree flower petal monti.

Friends like that are of infinite value in this hobby. I wish I had one when I started. I'm grateful for the ones I've picked up along the way. And try to be one for new guys (that are willing to listen) as often as I time will allow me. Looking great.. Very great for someone 6 months in!No doubt about that! I knew sps was what I wanted to do from the get-go though.
I had a very fortunate introduction to the hobby. Was a freshwater enthusiast for a long time till I got a job at an awesome fish shop. I had no idea what I was in for lol. Six months later and so far so good. I have some great support though.

Diy leds: RB, white, some violet, a little red, blue, green. Run on storm x controller. I like a whiter light, lights ramp up/down over 100 minutes, with run time of 10 hours.Amazing.Would u describe u r system and lightning?
