What would you buy with $150 to amazon?

So for christmas i got a total of $150 to amazon and still unsure what to buy. Fish tank just finished cycling a few days ago and waiting on fish, cuc and chaeto currently. I have a few ideas what to get, but here is my current setup and what i have:

Biocube 32
steves led
intank media rack and ruge basket
2 korolia hydor nano pumps
upgraded return pump
smart ato
spare hood fan
spare heater
BRS 4 stage RO/DI 150gpd
Salifert ammonia, no2 and no3 test kit
api reef master test kit
refractometer with new calibration fluid

Here are a few items i was looking to buy. currently only have big pad of filter floss, 1 purigen and 1 chemi pure elite. I was thinking of stocking up on those. Also thinking about getting a Inkbird ITC-308 controller for my heater. Possibly some back up RODI filters, but i have a feeling i can only get those on BRS. For my ATO water holder, i'm currently using a 2 gallon cooler with a lid, so i am also thinking about getting something better for that. PETCO hasn't had a $1 per gallon sale in awhile. I am also for sure going to buy a slim glass scraper for the cube and some nice long tongs for maintenance.

Forgive because i don't know the name, but what about one of the random flow attachments for the biocube return pump?

Just curious to see what other opinions or ideas you think i should possibly purchase. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

I know you have two Hydor Koralias but maybe look into a Jebao 0w-10. I just replaced both of my Koralias and love this Jebao. I also have a 32 cube and it completely made the water rock back and forth like the ocean. Love it

How about replacing your API test kit for better kits. Hanna Ulr & alk, followed with red Sea or salifert kits and the inkbird. :)

Sorry totally read that bassackwards.

I would definitely get some sort of heater controller. You should be able to find inkbird on amazon if that's the one you want. It's a good option.

Other than that, if you want to keep corals, you'll want to look at getting some good test kits for alk, calcium, magnesium, phosphate, nitrate. I use Lamotte or hanna for alk, red sea for calcium, hanna for phosphate, salifert for magnesium and nitrate. Red sea or nitrate are both good if you want to buy the combo box!
 
IMO you are pretty well set up. What could screw it all up now? A heater malfunction!

Get the heater protection for sure! You can add the $50 Hanna low rate phosphate (or ultra-low phosphorus if you don't mind the extra math step) I can't ever read phosphate correctly in any other kit lol
 
RODI for sure, I’ve never been happier with a purchase than after I bought my own. Used to sit at Albertsons grocery store fill up 5g jugs all the time.

Looks like you have the essentials, what I would suggest is the Inkbird for sure, a heater controller is a life saver. After that I would suggest maybe a quarantine tank? a 10 gallon from the Petco $1/Gallon sale with a small heater, Aqua clear HOB filter, and a sponge air filter will be all you need with some medications. The Inkbird, medication, Aqua Clear, heater, sponge filter, air pump will run you right around $150. Its a great security net to have a tank that can 1 work as a quarantine and 2 work as a hospital tank if a fish gets sick.

Do the sponge filters hook into the hob filter? Or do you buy a separate air pump for that

Very opposite experience here. None of the Jebao powerheads lasted a year. All the Koralias (7 in all) were put back in service' some already 10 years old. Every single Jebao failed!

Yes, they are controllable, but what's the point if hundreds of dollars went to garbage before first anniversary.
