What would you buy with $150 to amazon?

I’d say ditch the API test kit and buy some Hannah checkers or the Red Sea kit that has Ca, Mg, and Alk -

For Hanna, I recommend ALK and Ca Mg I like the Red Sea

thank you. As far as meds go, would I just buy a general ich cure since that’s what 90% of the disease in this hobby seems to be?

The two pieces of the mainstream QT process are a copper product for Ich and Velvet and then a dewormer to fight parasites. The two most popular are as follows:

Here are a few items i was looking to buy. currently only have big pad of filter floss, 1 purigen and 1 chemi pure elite. I was thinking of stocking up on those. Also thinking about getting a Inkbird ITC-308 controller for my heater. Possibly some back up RODI filters, but i have a feeling i can only get those on BRS. For my ATO water holder, i'm currently using a 2 gallon cooler with a lid, so i am also thinking about getting something better for that. PETCO hasn't had a $1 per gallon sale in awhile. I am also for sure going to buy a slim glass scraper for the cube and some nice long tongs for maintenance.

Forgive because i don't know the name, but what about one of the random flow attachments for the biocube return pump?

I would buy instant ocean salt, inkbird temperature controller. Would set up a 10-20 gallon quarantine tank and buy a HOB or simple sponge filter for it, two 50 watt heaters for it without a temp controller (plenty of heat but not enough to nuke the tank if stuck on, and you got the redundancy of two heaters. Would buy some copper medication, prazipro for worms, and antibiotics such as Furan-2 and Kanaplex.
