How much should be used?A little H2O2 on the plugs will take care of that no problem.
That is what I ended up doing because I wasn’t sure of a better way to deal with it, but I felt bad doing so... especially regarding the corals that’s were encrusting the plugI cut the plug out everytime before i dip.
Usually bad stuff like eggs of different pests are in there so i never add someone elses frag plug in my tank no matter how good it looks.
Yeah. I wasn’t super happy. I’ve never received anything at this level before.Huge pet peeve of mine, buying frags and they come with mountains of algae.
It is neither a major seller nor a basement seller. I definitely expected better based on all the info this person puts out there about how to successfully run a reef tank. First and last purchase for me.for me it would depend on the source.
major seller (I expect better) or FB basement seller.
I'd be more aggravated with the breakage. poor packaging?
I didn’t want to publicly call out the business because I’m not looking to hash it out, ya know? I just want to know what is best practice when this kind of thing happens (though I hope to not have it happen again...)Where are those from?
No mention and definitely not noticeable in the photos on their siteinexcusable. Was algae noticeable in seller pics or mention made of algae in frag tank?
No mention and definitely not noticeable in the photos on their site
Yes, I totally understand.I didn’t want to publicly call out the business because I’m not looking to hash it out, ya know? I just want to know what is best practice when this kind of thing happens (though I hope to not have it happen again...)
I’ll give some thought to whether I should say where they are from....
How much should be used?
