What would you do with a free 14g?

i like plumbing.. so if the new tank has a sump, I would tie it into the plumbing of that tank, drill this little tank for a 1/2" bulkhead to drain to the sump. Feed it off the return (slow flow) and fill it with the odds and ends you may not want in your display tank. and also softies and maybe some LPS. Hardly any added maintenance, plus very stable. I have a 5g i may do this with on my 40 breeder build..

Free is always good. Gotta have a couple clowns, perhaps a firefish goby, two to three hardy corals and a coral banded shrimp.

I hate adult decisions when it comes to this hobby! One time I ended up with a spare Coralife 16 gal, and spent a month planning the ultimate dwarf seahorse show tank. Then, in a moment of reefing sobriety, I just set it up as a QT tank instead. #brokendreams.

You could always just fill yours to the rim with hard earned cash and then set it on fire. That’d be a great way to simulate a reef in a 14 gal tank.

I don’t have the pic with me but I took one of my 15 gal cubes and made it a rock flower anemone garden. Currently have about 15 in there. Simple water changes and no dosing.

I think a BTA Anemone with a pair of clowns would be great in this system! You wouldn't even need a powerhead, as a return pump would be more than enough for this low current system! Would look amazing!

Wouldn't BTA need a larger space?

I’ve got a bta in my 20L that loves to be a worry for me, (anything that goes through phases like deflating) makes me a little paranoid... as pretty as it would be, not sure I can worry enough for 2 anemones.. Lol.
