What's a good food for corals?

I found a cool thing to do last night , I have frozen cyclopeze and dried so with the dry it normally just floats , so I took that, put it in a cup , I have my sump in a seperate room and use a Mag 18 , I took the mix sucked it into a baster and then squirted it into the pump , went out looked at tank and finally it was being distributed in the tank wonderfully. I found my new method and now I can use the 6 cans of dried cyclopeze that I have.

I like to feed my lps frozen mysis and cyclopeeze. I've also used presoaked tiny hikari marine pellets.

I have been using Redsea reef energy with great results.

This stuff is magic... I started using it on sat. Its been a couple days and i missed a day already lol but the polyp extension on my GSP and zoas are amazing. Polyps that were closed at my LFS are now open (not sure if my light is nessisarly better or more suited for the zoa, but they had been in my tank for over a week before i used this food. I like to direct feed all my coral and use the rest of it to dose the entire tank. My frogspawn lovesssss it too. I really slowly feed it and it like snaps closed its the coolest thing. Its gotten soo much better color and its opened to almost twice its size.

Rods food is about the best. It contains pretty much everything you need: oyster eggs, rotifers, etc.

Also those that feed phyto it is almost worthless. Very little phyto is consumed by most corals. There is some indication that some nps corals may eat some phyto. But over all very little phyto has ever been found in the gut of most corals and most of it may actually been found there by the fact what ever the coral ate may have fed on phytoplankton.

Why not feed frozen cyclopeze then... It is more nutritious and does not float.
