What's going on with my clownfish?

One last question: Is the fish having trouble staying down? Can it swim freely in the middle or near the bottom of the aquarium? Or does it seem "forced" to remain at the surface of the water?

It's a little bit of both but mostly seems like it's forced to stay at the surface

@Bmwm235i has performed successful "fish surgery" on a few of these, I believe.

I might have missed this but how long have you had this fish? I've never heard of a fish having a swim bladder issue from transferring tank to tank. The gas bubble can take up to 4 weeks to appear when not decompressed properly. I've also never seen a clownfish with this.

You can put him in a qt and try Epson salt first. Venting the swim bladder should be last resort. I'm not sold its a swim bladder issue.

Looks like a infection on the white patch.

None.. I took all fish out of the tank and put them in quarantine for brook

I've seen swim bladder issues arise in really old/large female clownfish.

since theres an internal internal infection should i mix kanaplex with the food
