No, coralline algae is a purple that encrusts.

If your tank is fairly new this is normal. You are going through an ugly stage or algae stage. Just keep up with water changes and it will eventually go away

Not exactly but yes. Your tank is newer which means so many things are happening to try and find a balance. This is very normal. Just keep up with water changes and parameters

I do weekly water changes and it gets worse

All tanks go through this stage. Once it clears up coralline algae will start to grow and your tank will look great

i would definitely add some snails and hermits to help eat the algae. What size is your tank?

Don’t do that, this hobby is all about patients. Trust me

I got turbo snails and hermie's and peppermint shrimp and a keen on tree coral it's a 20 g breeder

Since your tank is definitely not large enough to hold a tang who eat algae, you can get a lawnmower blenny. They are not the most appealing but do the job

I really don't care for blenny

I got my light on about 6 hrs for my coral
