Whats wrong with my black clown fish

Formalin is key right now to recovery
what medicine has that in? i have ich-x on hand and super ick cure and general cure...or i can go to petco if needed to find something there? or even an amazon link to something? sorry, this is my first tank and experience so i dont know things

Great- General cure does and is recommended.

Typically a standard formalin solution is mixed with either fresh or saltwater in a separate treatment container. Initially, all fish are given a quick dip in the formalin at a higher concentration, followed by continued treatment in a prolonged bath of formalin at a lower concentration in a quarantine tank (QT)

Follow package recommendation and dose at 80% of recommended as formalin itself is a very powerful chemical.

Is general cure recommended for Brook? I thought that is just metro and prazi.

Ich-X is formalin and malachite green.

Youre right and Malachite green also good for Brook and even in conjuction with formaldehyde

What it looks like today. Its easier to move it back and forth in the strainer so thats why lol

Tough to say if it is continued Brooklynella or just scarring, or secondary bacterial infection. Is the fish breathing fast? Is it still feeding?

Acts completely normal and has been eating the same throughout. Maybe it touched my anemone?

I've been treating it and doing water changes and using airstone
Ummm, an anemone shouldn’t cause that, but stings from coral sometimes look kinda similar.
Jay
I don't have any corals...i have bristle worms i'm trying to catch...dang things

do you think i should try treating it a few days with a med for bacteria infection?
I wouldn’t unless it starts breathing fast, not eating, or swimming with clamped fins....
