The video isn’t loading for me. Is he hiding? Changed colors?

It looks like it's lost it's buoyancy at this point. Could possibly be a swim bladder issue. Did the fish look good at store??

He was swimming perfectly fine yesterday at the store and when I put him in the qt tank

Its a 10 gallon qt tank. I'm planning on doing a 50% percent water change soon. With rodi water. Not sure what other route I have

He looks super skinny also..... Also 80 Percent water change is a huge change out....
Hopefully some other fish experts see something I am not. Does your QT tank have medications in it?

I have added vitachem and some garlic xtreme. Havent dosed any other meds does seem like it had ich or other parasite

My LFS say it was skinny when I purchased him and just recommended to feed more often.

Hard to tell what's wrong with it, but the fish looks to be in grave condition. Usually when fish just float around like that, unfortunately it will pass away quickly... Sorry...

I added some quickstart when I did the water change and took some media out of my display tank and put it in my qt tank

Honestly the store never should have sold you that fish. A super skinny fish like that is probably loaded with internal parasites. You can treat for that, but looks like fish is almost gone :(

I kinda figured he was at the point of no return. Just wanted to see if I missed something I could possible do

Aside from the gill movement that fish looks like it's already dead. Not sure what you can do.

Do you have any medications on hand if we get a disease expert in here? If so, list what you have available.

My guess is the only thing you might be able to try is a freshwater dip for a few minutes and see if it perks up.

Side note, the Foxface are usually ultra hardy fish, and can survive almost total tank wipeouts. I have had a few over the years.... No question he came in sick, and just had an awful acclimation that pushed it over the edge...

I have a few on hand I can dose. I dripped acclimated him for close to an 1hr and a half. Parameters all reading good. I have the api master test kit been wsnt to upgrade to different readers.

My lfs salinity is around 1.018 pretty close to what mine of 1.020.

We need details, guy. Specifically what is the list of medications do you have.
"really good" is not helpful at all, we need numbers.
