No I've only dosed vitachem and some Kent garlic xtreme.

The place where I might of dropped the ball was not using rodi water in my qt. And treating my tap water with prime. But I've heard from other fish keepers that it's fine going that route.

That's not a concern in a quarantine tank. That fish had something long before you got it.
Sadly, that fish shouldn't have been purchased, it just looks too ragged and skinny.

If it's still just floating around and breathing, you might try a freshwater dip. Get some RODI in a small bowl or bucket and heat it up to tank temp. I'd wait for confirmation, but at this point there may not be much else to do.

Wouldnt the seal his faith and just continue to over stress him.

I wouldn't do a freshwater dip. A fish that sick can't handle the stress. Just wait it out, but it doesn't look good.

Kind of hoping one of the experts will dip their fingers in here. The stress may kill it. If it has a parasite in its gills, it may save it, or at least buy it a bit of time. Does it look in person to have any sort of white mucus or coating on it?

Looking at it I can't decide if it looks like velvet, bacterial or the cloudy coloration is just the usual unhappy foxface color.

I thinks I've done everything I can do. Hope he pulls thru but expecting the worst

I'd stop doing anything and just wait. He did appear to be trying to swim. You don't know what is wrong so trying to treat something isn't beneficial.

Foxfaces are tough, but they are easily stressed.
