His right eye seems just right though, water parameters are great according to LFS that is trusted area. Is he sick or is something attacking him?

I have two clownfish a sand shifting starfish, one turbo snail, 4 cortez crabs, a firefish (comes out every now and then shy guy) and another white molly,
Whats brook?

The eye could have been injured and consequently gotten infected. You can feed her some food soaked in kanaplex and use focus to bind it, that should help the infection. For the head I can't quite tell what's going on, it does look like brook. If so here's a thread that can help you get prepared. https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/brooklynella.247938/
In the meantime I'll call in the big guns to hopefully get you some more help.

Hard to tell, almost looks like flukes to me. Will wait and see what humble and Mel say

I don't see any signs of brook, but the molly's coloring can make that difficult to see. Just one eye usually denotes and injury that has gotten mildly infected. You can feed the fish vitamin laced foods and see if his own immune system can beat it, or put him in QT and treat wtih metroplex or erythromycin

The part on his head isn't normal, it looks like if he were to be molting

Is my water infested? also came home to a dead molly, crabs finished him off R.I.P

Yes, all fish that shared water with the molly need to be treated for brook. Even if they don't show symptoms, they can still be carriers of the disease.

The DT itself should be left fallow (fishless) for 6 weeks.

I don't have a QT at the moment, can I treat in DT?
