Inverts are no affected however the parasite can encrust on them to reproduce but without fish in the tank the parasite will die off.
As far as the cycling of the qt you can get a large sponge filter and seed it with bacteria this might help it's been hit and miss with me trying this method. The other method would be get some cycled media from a known disease free tank , like a friends tank. The third option is not the best but if you have to you could use some from your DT the problem is it brings the parasite with it however if your treating with meds it will eventually kill the parasite in the media. Keep in mind most media like rock and sand or coral "CAN" absorb the meds and render it ineffective. (not sure about formalin and Acriflavine). 4 th option daily WC to reduce ammonia. And lastly but I have to warn you because I'm not sure is use prime to control ammonia I'm not sure if prime can be mixed with formalin ASK HUMBLEFISH. And also make sure air stone is in tank to provide o2

No. you don't need to treat your inverts for brook. Simply leaving them in the display while it goes fallow and the brook will starve itself out. To treat this, you will certainly need to put all the fish into a QT. The link that was provided is a good one to learn how to set up an emergency QT and to maintain it.

Due to certain events that occurred I never was able to QT the fish and its been 2 wks since this thread. i'm assuming it wasn't brook if entire livestock is still alive with the exception of that molly? Or will It take time and should I still QT now that I'm able to

Brook is a funny disease that is not completely understood. For some reason, non-clownfish & non-damsels are oftentimes afforded natural immunity from it. You would need to QT a clownfish, and then introduce it into your DT to know for sure whether or not you have latent brook in there.
