What's wrong with my tank?

If anyone's wondering, I got my Auto Top Off working so that my salinity should't be a problem moving foreword.

Honestly - seems like plenty of room for a flame angel

Did you quarantine your gish before putting them in display tank. It could be ich or velvet

I usually use Live Aquaria's recommendations, which is 70 gal for a flame angel. They do seem pretty generous at times, but the OP's 26 gal is only 1/3 of that. Obviously dimensions and rockwork have to be accounted for.

I just wanted to point out that if the flame was cramped, that's an added stressor.

The flame angel was the last fish I added, and I added him last August.
