Where are all the zoa lovers at??

LOL Dennis. This now colony is something my wife purchased a few years ago. Started out with 7 polyps. Thankfully I've been able to keep them alive...knock on wood. This is only a portion of them now.

Amazing! It's the one zoa we will always have in the tank. They grew really well for us, enough to give some away

They are on a rock. They were actually on several small pieces of rock also and the small pieces have been given away over time. What is pictured is the "main" colony.

I used to thread upon thread about all the great zoa collections. People talking about specific pieces, etc... but now it's like zoas aren't that desired anymore? I'm kind of going back into a bit of a zoa stage myself (probably bc it's all I can keep alive atm with my schedule), and I miss seeing all the discussions about different cool zoas people were collecting.

So where are the zoa lovers?

I started a 40g cube to house mostly zoas and rock flower anemones since they both fluoresce the best under blue leds. That's my goal, a crazy looking tank in the evening. It looks a bit like all the corals glass and they are lit up from under the tank by a super bright MH lamp! I just wish I could capture that look in a photo... but I haven't been able to so far! This is the best I can do and it's with strong white and blue light.
