Perhaps I'm just making excuses. $300 shipped to my door is actually pretty reasonable. Figure half that in gas, I don't have a trailer or truck so I'd have to figure that out, all meals out, I'd probably break even. Stay a night, im definitely over $300. Lol

One other thing to consider as a bonus with shipping - liability and insurance

If you drive that tank home and someone cuts you off and you have to slam on the brakes, the tank shifts/slides, breaks…it’s on you.

Shipping is insured guaranteed delivery to your house

We have a member who had it shipped and somehow the pallet leaned coming off the truck, just a little too far, and the tank fell on its side and broke. Well, that ended up with a free replacement tank

Accidents can happen to anyone and shipping comes guarantee to get off their truck and at your house, in tact

Should I wait for the Blue Friday sale or just purchase now? The Marine X 110.4 says it cant ship til Oct 31st... is it possible they could sell them out before the sale?

If you meant black Friday, there should be some, however I have noticed the past 2-3 years, the discounts are 10-20% off Non- MSRP and few notable on the MSRP ut we shall see this year

Waterbox runs an event called "Blue Friday". It's their version of black friday where they offer some % off close to what you stated.
