Where is all the info on sponges at?

[izzy1942]

I've been looking thru youtube for a while trying to find any sponge care guides, and more recently thru the forums. I've yet to see anything, what's with the lack of general care guides for sponges?

I hate asking such a question as I believe everyone should do research but here I am

I have so much encrusting yellow sponge, more than I can shake a stick at! 5-6 year old 340 gallon reef here. I never added them, they just became permanent residents..
